🌡️ Pool does not rise in temperature

Problem:

Your heat pump is running, but the pool temperature is not increasing after at least 24 hours of operation.

Checks:

1. Is your filtration pump running 24 hours a day?

During the heating phase, the heat pump needs to run continuously to reach the desired set temperature.

2. What operating mode is currently being used? (if your heat pump has multiple modes)

We recommend using only the "boost" mode during the temperature increase phase.

3. Ensure that the valves leading to your heat pump are correctly set:

- Inlet: Open at 100%
- Outlet: Open at 100%
- Bypass: Open at 50%

If the problem persists despite all these checks, we recommend creating a Service Request with a temperature reading. This information is accessible in the settings of your heat pump:

- Inlet water temperature (exchanger inlet)
- Outlet water temperature (exchanger outlet)
- Ambient air temperature
- Outlet air temperature (compressor outlet)
- Inlet air temperature (compressor inlet)
- External evaporator temperature
- Internal evaporator temperature
