❗Error code "Err P9 "

Problem:

The heat pump displays the error code "Err P9" and does not start.

Origin:

The "Err P9" error code can be the result of a refrigerant leak in your heat pump or a malfunction in the electronic card.

Resolution:

The "Err P9" error code primarily indicates a refrigerant issue.

Please check the pressure displayed on the manometer on the front of your heat pump after at least 30 minutes of shutdown and complete defrosting.

The manometer needle should indicate a temperature in degrees Celsius corresponding to the outdoor temperature (weather temperature) as indicated on the inner scale of the manometer.

If the manometer needle deviates by less than 10°C from the outdoor temperature, there is likely a refrigerant leak in the heat pump. Please create a service request, take a photo of the manometer, and note the weather temperature at the time of the photo.

If the manometer needle shows the correct level, the sensor may be disconnected, or the electronic card may be defective.

- Please access the electronic card by removing the cover of the heat pump and the electronic card enclosure.

- Ensure that the low-pressure sensor (Low-pressure sensor on the electronic schema) is connected to the electronic card according to your wiring diagram.

If the problem persists despite the correct connection, we recommend replacing the electronic card.
