Temperature of the water is not rising
The heat pump starts, no error message is displayed, but it does not heat.
When the heat pump does not heat up, it may come from the compressor that does not start or from an insufficient operating time.
In order for the heat pump to heat up, the compressor must be started.
To do this, please check the gauge to make sure that the needle rises when the heat pump starts.
Example of a pressure gauge :
Turned off Working
- If the needle does not go up, please refer to "capacitor problem" (see FAQ "compressor does not start)
- If the needle goes up, the compressor starts, the heat pump generates heat. The problem would be the operating time.
2 / Operating time
To ensure maximum performance of your heat pump, ensure that installation instructions are followed.
To reach the desired temperature, we advise you to operate the heat pump (as well as filtration) 24/24 until reaching the desired temperature.
Once reached, you can then reduce the operating time to maintain the water temperature.
The state of the evaporator also affects the performance of the PAC, so make sure it is clean. For this, the Cleanpac cleaner will be perfect.
