The sauna does not heat up / INFRARED Sauna

Problem

Sauna does not reach the desired temperature, and/or an emitter does not heat up..

Origin of the problem

A defective or disconnected emitter may be the result of poor sauna performance.

Resolution

If the sauna does not heat up much, it is necessary to check that each emitter is operating. You can easily make a visual check for the Quartz tubes (the latter lights up when it heats up), for the magnesium tubes and carbon infrared panel, it is easy to feel by touch if they are working (at the beginning of the session).

If one of them does not heat up, check the power cable of the emitter concerned (picture below), and make sure that it is well connected. It is possible to swap the connection plugs between the panels (for example, "LOAD A" with "LOAD C").

If the emitter in concerned still does not work, the fault is in the carbon emitter, or in the Quartz or Magnesium tube.

If the emitter is functioning, then the defect would be in the plug or the power supply according to the models in the pictures below.
