Origin

Friction, detachment, shock.

Resolution

First, please check to find the air leakage using a sponge and soapy water.
Once located, please use the repair kit provided with the product by sticking a patch on the area of the leak, then let dry for 24 hours by placing a weight of about 1 kg on the board at the level of the patch.

If your product is out of warranty (over 2 years, 6 months for accessories), you can order spare parts from our online store.

If your product is still under warranty (less than 2 years, 6 months for accessories), please open a support request, enclosing your purchase invoice and a photo of the problem.
